MRC promotes state-of-the-art research environment that highlight innovation, critical thinking and excellence. Scientists will have the opportunity to undertake research activities with internationally recognised mentors, attend conferences at national and international levels, and publish in high impact journals. You will also be assisted by experienced research officer and assistant science officers, and have the opportunity to develop critical thinking in discussions with other research scientists.

Requirements:

• PhD in a relevant discipline with laboratory and field research experiences
• Able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing and reporting skills in English

Job descriptions:

• Conduct research work 
• Publish research findings in international peer-reviewed journals (two journals per year)
• Mentoring postgraduate students and assisting visiting researchers
• Establish research networks with other scientists outside UNIMAS
